Create unique hand-weavings on a potholder loom using my exclusive range of premium cotton loops, hand dyed by me in my home studio.
Multicolor loops have two or more distinct colors in each set that overlap and blend in individual loops and within the set to bring a simple weave to life.
Each set contains enough loops to make one potholder, or combine a hand-dyed pack with standard loops in a Lotta Loops pack to make two or more potholders.
About these colors:
- Each batch will vary slightly, because my process is more art than science, so loops may not match a previous batch by the same name. Sets may also vary a little within a batch. The photo is representative of pro size loops in the current batch (in some cases the traditional size vary slightly).
- I do not currently attempt to have all colors in stock at all times, so if the color you are looking for isn't currently available, please follow my Facebook page for weekly restocking updates.
- Additional photos may be available here (often includes comparison to Friendly Loom colors, and may include in-process upcoming colorways)
Please pay attention to the loop size:
- Traditional loops fit the green or white 7" loom. Traditional size sets include at least 38 loops.
- Pro loops fit the black 10" loom. Pro size packs include at least 54 loops.
Each set contains enough loops to make one potholder... or combine a hand-dyed pack with a companion pack or Lotta Loops pack to make two or more potholders.
These loops are made from recycled cotton yarn from recycled from fabric waste. Cotton loops are pleasing to the touch, enjoyable to weave, and your finished weavings look amazing! I've already hand-trimmed them for you, to greatly reduce the loose threads often present with standard loops. Because they’re cotton, potholders made with these loops are heat safe and won’t melt like craft store loops! I use professional fiber-reactive dye and a thorough rinse/soak/wash process, so they can be machine washed and hung to dry.
