It was my first time trying the zoom loom
And I was able to use the tips
Was not able to open the file.
So sorry about that, Brenda. Some customers have experienced problems opening patterns they've downloaded using the Safari browser. Unfortunately, I've been told this is an Apple issue that I can't do anything about. If you've been using an iPad / iPhone / Safari, please try the Chrome browser. If you are not using Safari or an Apple device, please email me at angela@mnplatypus.com and we'll see what else we can do :)

I *finally* figured our how to reply here rather than only directly to your email ♀️
You should have received an email with a link, or if you can't find that you can also get there via your personal downloads page
- click the account icon (a little person)
- enter your email
- wait for the code email (check junk mail if you don't see it) and enter that code
- click manage > access content > download
I'll work on an FAQ page so that this info is more accessible. I SO appreciate your feedback :)
