Shipping policy

Please note that there will be a shipping pause from June 12-27, 2026. Orders placed during that time will ship the week of June 28. 

When I receive your order, you will receive an automated email confirming the details and also asking you to double check the mailing address. Some payment methods may have different addresses automatically associated with them, so please take a minute to double check your mailing address.

I typically ship twice a week ... but as a one-person studio, there may be rare times when unforeseen circumstances get in the way. I will make every effort to contact you if your order is expected to not ship within a week for any reason. 

I ship from Buffalo, MN and usually use USPS (occasionally UPS) 

SPEND $75 or MORE AND ECONOMY SHIPPING IS FREE
Flat rate shipping for orders under $75 is $7 for economy

When your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. At that point, I plan to drop your order off to the carrier within 24 hours. 

Flat rate shipping and free shipping use USPS Ground Advantage or UPS ground rates. Delivery times for each of these services is stated as 5 business days, but can be quicker. This is dependent on the time of the year and how far the package is traveling. Also, shipping to Hawaii or Alaska can take up to 25 days using this rate. If you would like quicker shipping, please select the Standard rate - which is Priority.

If you are local to Buffalo MN, pickup is available by appointment.
