Textures for Zoom Loom Book

Although I spend much of my time designing and dyeing for potholder loom, my favorite loom is the Schacht Zoom Loom. 

I started teaching and designing for Zoom Loom in 2023, and although I incorporated textured squares in many of my own samples and wearables, I didn’t have a good resource for students wanting to incorporate textures in their own projects. Now I do.

This book will help you weave 30 different textures using 3-layer warp technique. Charts, instructions, and multiple full-color yarn combinations for each pattern will inspire you to explore new possibilities on your Zoom Loom.

This collection is designed to make pattern weaving easier to understand by providing a chart format in addition to the more common text instruction (because we all have different learning styles) and to encourage you to fully explore the possibilities of each design by thinking about the front and back of the square, as well as different color combinations. 

For easier weaving, this 68-page full-color book features coil binding, allowing it to lay perfectly flat on your work table or fold back 360° when you are on the go or in your comfy chair.
