Where is my Download? 

You should have received an email with a link, if it is not in your inbox, church your junk mail and clutter too. 

If you can't find the email

• Click the account icon (a little person) at the top right of the page
  
• Enter your email address if you are not automatically logged in
  
• Wait for the email that includes your verification code (check junk mail if you don't see it) and enter that code 
  
• Click manage > access content > download

As of May 2025, some customers are experiencing problems downloading patterns using the Safari browser (most often on iPad and maybe iPhone). Please try Chrome browser if you are experiencing this issue.
