Where is my Download? 

You should have received an email with a link, if it is not in your inbox, church your junk mail and clutter too. 

If you can't find the email

  • Click the account icon (a little person or your initial) at the top right of the page
  • Enter your email address if you are not automatically logged in
  • Wait for the email that includes your verification code (check junk mail if you don't see it) and enter that code 
  • Click manage > access content > download

Occasionally, customers experience problems downloading patterns (most often when using the Safari browser on iPad and maybe iPhone).

  • The first thing to try is restarting your device and/or clearing your cache. 
  • If neither of those help, try a different device or a different browser. The Chrome browser seems to be the most successful.
